Who we are

The product sold on this site is Kumkumadi Face Oil, net quantity 15 ml, country of origin India. It is a cosmetic for external use only.

The website is not a checkout

The site lets you learn about the oil and send an order request. We do not take card or UPI payments on this website, and we do not store payment credentials.

An order request is an invitation for us to confirm. A binding sale is formed only when we confirm the order on WhatsApp, including quantity, price, shipping, and payment method.

We may decline or cancel a request — for example if we cannot ship to your PIN, stock is unavailable, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we refund in accordance with the returns policy.

Price

The selling price shown on the site is in Indian Rupees and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. The total — product, shipping, and any cash-on-delivery fee — is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before confirmation.

Larger quantities than the on-site maximum can be discussed on WhatsApp.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse forms, interfere with the site, copy or republish our content for commercial use without permission, or use the site if you are not legally able to form a contract in India. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

SATTVĀRA, the mark, wordmark, product names, photographs, film, and site copy are owned by Sattvāra or used under licence. You may not use them except as needed to browse and order. Ingredient storytelling on the site is not a substitute for the legal declaration on the physical pack.

Cosmetic use and your responsibility

Follow the on-pack directions and these notes:

• For external use only.
• Patch test on the inner elbow before first use; discontinue if irritation occurs.
• Natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour and scent between batches without affecting performance.

You are responsible for choosing a product that suits you and for following those notes. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are under a dermatologist’s care, seek their advice before use. We are not liable for use against directions, or after a patch test was skipped.

Amazon and other marketplaces

If you buy on Amazon or another marketplace, that marketplace’s terms, payment, delivery, and returns apply to that purchase. These terms still apply to your use of this website.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, the site is provided as is; we do not promise uninterrupted access. Our total liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, including a gift arriving late because an address was incomplete, or courier events outside our control after we have handed over a correctly packed parcel.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory right to approach a consumer forum.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes do not alter orders already confirmed except as required by law.
